After living in Melbourne Australia for more then 10 year, we have brought and implemented many things of estate development in our projects in India.
We both thrive and keen on accepting and implementing latest technology, innovating new ideas and providing high quality houses and Societies to our customers. Customer blessings is our main priority.

OUR STORY
My father Mr. Janakbhai U. Gor is self-made man. He has not studied much but he has learned lot and has taught his children well. Major part of his life he has done business of Plastic and earned respect in this industry. He has always been very innovative and calculative about what he does. He is the first person to bring Double Layered Plastic barrels of 100 and 200 ltrs in India. He has passion of Interior and Construction and as second or part time business he has done 3 to 4 projects, but at the age of 65 years he started business of Real Estate & Infrastructure developer made his name in construction field as well.
We, Father and Son duo has brought unique concept of plotting in Valsad District area. He launched Yogi Farm in 2008 with just 26 plots in Tukwada area with small Community hall, Children park, Garden, Wide and pavered roads, with Driver facility, street light of SS 304 pole and secured Gate. It got Success hugely. So he got couple of more lands and got partner for big project. Then I was called down from Australia for new projects.
I have studied in Bachelor of Computing from Monash University, Melbourne Australia. Now I am in to Construction and Development line due to my father and his teaching. My study in IT and living in Australia has taught me to provide Customer Service to our clients. We believe in Customer service and that’s why we provide hassle free transaction and transfer of property for our clients from our office only. Our clients ( NRI, Different States of India or local ) just have to visit our office for any of their query related to their property and we provide one stop solution to them.
That’s why we have many of repeat Investors. They do not have to go any of the government office for their property procedures or papers, we provide them from our office. Our office staff are well trained.
We have now experience of 4 successfully completed projects in Valsad District are. You will find details below.
Currently we are working of 5th project near Valsad Town in Segavi village which will be iconic project for all builders of the region and it will be one of the most facilitated Bungalow projects in Valsad District in small project sector.
